Cherishing wildlife and nature every day

People all around the world are striving to rebuild,  preserve, and maintain our wildlifes' natural resources, habitats, trailways, and flyways. And I am happy to be a part of this world wide crusade, knowing  that for much of our wildlife and natural resources, it is the only true hope for survival, and the only hope of future generations experiencing nature and wildlife as God intended it to be.

Every winter Billions of birds fly south to find warmer, more desirable, temperatures.

Alot of other animals, reptiles, insects, mammals migrate as well.

Animals migrate for different reasons, such as  better climate changes, better food sources, and safer places to raise their young.

Birds can migrate through places where the altitudes are so high , that there is hardly any  oxygen at all.

In the day time , migrating birds use their visual abiliti
es, following mountains, oceans, forrests, and other landmarks to guide them.

Some  birds travel in the dark of night, and  must rely on sounds they hear, or the stars from above.

Some animals use other resources , like the earths magnetic field, to guide their migrations.

All of natures critters are so amusing and entertaining to watch, and very educational too. The birds are particularly amusing to me. You may be surprised to find what you could learn from the birds... I have been a bird watcher all my life, But I have spent the last 10 to 15 years living right on the ' Texas Coastal Bird Migration Trailways', which has given me the opportunity to see some rare and amazing sightings of many different species of Avian beauty.

The goal here is only to share our enthusiasm of wildlife and nature, and some of the wonderful experiences it provides for us,  hopefully allowing insights into how fragile their natural resources have become, and are becomming more so every day.
